Featured Photo: Leaf Limbo (Mt Gilead State Park, Ohio, USA)

Lovely autumn colors generate crowds of nature lovers in Ohio parks, but last weekend we avoided the caravans of sightseers by visiting a lesser known fall refuge: Mt Gilead State Park. I still have yearnings for seasonal favorites such as the Hocking Hills and Mohican State Parks, but the peaceful trails of Mt Gilead were restorative and the colors around the lakes, spectacular.
